Foto-, Film- und Videoaufnahmen

• Foto-, Film- und Videoaufnahmen von wissenschaftlichem Material sind untersagt. Dies gilt insbesondere auch für Aufnahmen der mündlich vorgetragenen oder in Postern präsentierten Ergebnisse, es sei denn, dass der/die Vortragende dies ausdrücklich gestattet.
• Mit der Anmeldung wird dem Veranstalter die Erlaubnis erteilt, während der DACH Meteorologentagung Foto- und Filmaufnahmen zu machen und diese Aufnahmen im Zusammenhang mit der Veranstaltung für die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und die Dokumentation der meteorologischen Gesellschaften (DMG, ÖGM, SGM), analog und digital, zu verwenden. Im Sinne des DSGVO, kann jeder Besucher/jede Besucherin bei der Tagungsleitung Widerspruch gegen die Veröffentlichung von Aufnahmen, die ihn/sie erkennbar abbildet, einlegen.

Im gesamten Kongressgebäude herrscht Rauchverbot.

Photo, film and video recordings

• Photo, filmand video recordings of scientific material are prohibited. This applies in particular to recordings of the results presented orally or on posters, unless the presenter expressly permits this.
• With registration, the organizer is granted permission to take photographs and films during the DACH Meteorological Conference and to use these photographs in connection with the event for public relations and documentation of the meteorological societies (DMG, ÖGM, SGM), analogue and digital. In the sense of the DSGVO, every visitor can file an objection with the conference management against the publication of photographs that clearly depict him/her.

Smoking is prohibited in the entire congress building.
